A life of wild times, horrific failures, outlaw excursions, and scientific/psychedelic exploration has cultivated an amazing story... one which this Master Artisan enjoys sharing through his many works of art and art forms. Chris is accomplished in acrylics, oils, colored pencils, digital media, sculpting, and more. Admittedly, the creations of his business and entrepreneurial network are his greatest and most satisfying artistic achievements.
Native San Antonian, Denise has been creating artwork of some sort as a hobby her whole life. At age 30 she made a quick decision to pursue a career as a full-time artist working mainly with spray paint as her medium. Currently she is working on several whimsical fantasy acrylic pieces inspired by childhood novels she grew up reading.
Willie is the Lead Artist at Alamo City Spray. Though he is widely known for his fine spraypaint art skills, it's just one of his many talents. Willie also creates some pretty amazing acrylic art as well and continues to strive to be the best of both.
James Syndergaard (aka Psy-Fox) is your typical frazzled & bewildered artist. Originally from Portland OR, he spent 14 years in the Army venturing the world retiring in San Antonio TX where he currently resides for the moment before his next adventure.
He’s a jack of all trades in all kinds of mediums, working in digital, acrylics, pastels, and as of most recently fine spray paint art.
Albert Lattimer moved to San Antonio in December 2020 from Del Rio, Texas, with his wonderful husband. At 38 yrs old he had been shooting for many years, but never got a chance to stretch his legs till moving to this wonderful city. This is a hobby, a creative outlet, and a way to self-betterment. He enjoys viewing the world behinds the camera and capturing it. He's learned you can meet many interesting people and learn a lot about them while walking the street behind the camera.
Having traveled the world as an Air Force brat, San Antonio has been home since 1974. It was just the natural thing to do. I started taking photos on film with my first camera at the age of six. My work has won prizes and been published in half a dozen hardback books and countless magazines. Since my photography has gone digital, I now find great pleasure in rearranging the pixels into abstract forms and shapes. I paint with a camera.
Musically, I play drums and percussion and will bang on just about anything. A local artist painting with a camera through the eyes of a drummer. Currently I work out of Spud Murphy Studios creating amazing art for the people.
Born in Chicago to gypsies. Grandson to John LaSalle McMahon, president of our Lady of the Lake University. As a self-trained artist, he enjoys graphite portraits and native American art. John has authored the titles, The Story of John 3:16, and Ghetto Ninjas.
Armando martinez is is a local musician music teacher and music therapy student
Who started taking art lessons with retired art teacher Shally Brady three months before pandemic hit in 2021. With alot of time in his hands Armando did nothing but paint and explore his ideas with a mixture of sound meets paint. His paintings are all based on dreams, songs, and personal experiences.
You can find him live arting and open mic'n in several locations around town.
He has been called San Antonio' Resident filmmaker. His father was military and traveled all over the world. In 1985 he returned to San Antonio and fell in love with the city all over again. To date, he has over 100,00 photos and videos tracing San Antonio's history. When asked why he said "San Antonio and downtown are just as beautiful and romantic as New York, Chicago, and Boston.
Sergio Anthony is an 11 year old artist who lives in San Antonio, Texas. His family owns and operates a business in the downtown San Antonio area. One night, while downtown, Sergio witnessed a Live Art Show. He was completely amazed and inspired by street art. The very next day he began his painting journey. Sergio enjoys painting characters and animals using acrylic paints. He also enjoys spray paint art and creating planets.
Kirsten Castañeda is a thirty-three-year-old self taught miniature artist based out of San Antonio, Texas. Inspired by her love for period films and the supernatural, Kirsten transports viewers to hand-held haunted worlds filled with witches and the macabre. Using mixed media - her dioramas consist of balsa wood, polymer clay, water color and paper.
